This is just a quick makeup tip that I think is absolutely necessary for all women to know.
When I apply mascara on my lower lashes I always get mascara on the skin under my eye...
This little tip with prevent it:)
Instructions
1. Get a business card & cut a curve in it to match the length of your eye.
2. Place the business card under your lower eyelashes and apply mascara. The business card will block the mascara wand from touching your skin.
